The Yakima Valley Cabernet stands as a flagship, capturing the essence of this remarkable terroir through fruit from four of the region’s finest vineyards. The blend is intensely aromatic, full-bodied, and beautifully balanced — a true expression of Cabernet Sauvignon grown here.
Hand-harvested in September and October of 2022, the grapes were gently destemmed and crushed, leaving 20% whole berries for added complexity. After a cool three-day soak, native yeast began fermentation, and the wine was crafted with care to preserve its purity and character.
