Ciel du Cheval captures everything to love about the Red Mountain AVA. Thoughtfully farmed and impeccably maintained, this vineyard is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon Clone 337 from Bordeaux, yielding a wine of black cherry richness, firm tannins, and a velvety finish.

Hand-harvested on October 4th, 2021, the grapes were gently destemmed and crushed, with 20% left whole for added dimension. After a cool four-day soak, native yeast began fermentation, and the wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its full character.
