Now in its second vintage, this white Bordeaux blend marks the first crafted entirely in concrete. The choice of vessel preserves freshness while allowing for gentle micro-oxygenation, giving the wine both energy and texture. Extended aging on the lees adds subtle richness and a rounded mouthfeel, balancing the bright acidity and mineral backbone.
Built to evolve, this wine will continue to knit together beautifully over the next six months, revealing even greater harmony and depth with time in bottle.
