Thanksgiving Bundle

We have 3 wines this year that pair perfectly with roasted vegetables, turkey, and cranberry sauce. These wines are not as bold as a Cabernet but instead are bright with lovely aromatics and balanced flavor profiles. 

• 2023 Ciel du Cheval Counoise-this is part of our rotator project with Ciel du Cheval vineyard. Counoise is a lighter grape but Justin did a double sagne on the wine so it is much more concentrated and full of juicy strawberry notes. I just love this wine. We only made 50 cases so it will only be available this year.
• 2023 Cabernet Franc-Justin is very excited about this latest vintage. All the complexity of Cab Franc with just a hint of herbaceousness. 
• 2024 Cecilia Bordeaux Blanc- Fermented in concrete tanks and kept on the lees for 9 months. Justin perfomed a battonage, stirring the lees, every week until bottling. This wine is creamy with a voluptious mouthfeel and bright Sauvignon Blanc and Semillion aromatics. An elegant white wine for fall and winter.
